Gastrolunches

From CONHOSTUR/AEHTMA in collaboration with Turisme Comunitat Valenciana, we invite you to participate in the IV Edition of “GASTROALMUERZOS”, which will be held from September 22 to October 4, 2026. An initiative that vindicates the importance of l’esmorzar, as one of the most deeply rooted traditions of the Valencian Community, where the richness and uniqueness of our gastronomy is highlighted, through creations gastronomic dishes based on local products.

To participate, the establishment must offer a complete lunch, a house specialty, with the usual traditional elements to share: peanuts, pickles, salads... sandwich, coca, stew,... (as a main course); and of course the "cremaet", carajillo,... an essential culmination of l'esmorzar, where our baristas recreate themselves, showing their good work. Lunch hours must be between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

In addition, the establishments participating in the campaign will be included in the "GASTROLUNCH GUIDE OF THE VALENCIAN COMMUNITY 2026" which will serve to highlight the essence of each location through the most characteristic preparations from each area of the Valencian territory. A bilingual ESP/ENG support for tourism promotion that will have the collaboration of Turisme Comunitat Valenciana – l’Exquisit Mediterrani. In this guide your information, lunch proposal, the house specialty, a brief introduction of your establishment and a photo of the specialty, atmosphere of the premises, etc. will appear.

REGISTRATION - BEFORE SEPTEMBER 4

The lunch must meet optimal conditions of quality and presentation, and be made with native products from the Valencian Community. Registrations will be made through the following link https://gastroalmuerzos.com/formulario-oferta/ before September 4.
